NEWS: Not just feet, but swimmers too . . .
Was an honor to be in this picture with two wonderful swimmers who I officiated when they were in the 10 and under groups for the Cincinnati Marlins. Markie Duffy, on the left, is in her sophomore year at Georgia Southern where she is on the swim team. Morgan Emter, on the right, is in her first year of grad school in Sports Psychology at Georgia Southern. This is after her 4 years of swimming for West Virginia University. Markie’s father took the picture after the Georgia Southern-UNC Asheville meet for which I was the referee. The starter was Frank Campbell who was from Lake Erie and lives in the same town I moved to, Bluffton, SC. I have worked with Frank on National and Regional decks. I have been blessed to meet so many wonder swimmers, parents, coaches and officials over the years. Good sport and good people!
